The fructose quantitative filling metering system allows manual input of the filling quantitative value via the instrument keyboard as needed. After inserting the filling gun into the container and pressing [Start], the pump valve activates to begin filling. The instrument displays real-time metering data and automatically stops the pump and closes the valve upon reaching the set quantitative value. It also supports cyclic filling. The metering results are unaffected by temperature changes. Metering parameters (density, equivalent, remaining quantity, temperature compensation coefficient) can be viewed and modified at any time through the control instrument, facilitating online system accuracy calibration. The instrument features remote start/stop functionality; after setting the filling quantitative value, one operator can independently perform filling using the filling gun and remote control, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, and improving work efficiency.
Filling workflow:
Empty barrels on the ground or in vehicles can be used without tare weighing, allowing one person to operate. After setting the filling amount (kg/L), control is managed via remote control, automatic timing control, or the flow control instrument start key. The handheld filling gun is placed into the barrel opening, and filling automatically stops when the set amount is reached. The gun is then moved to the next barrel for subsequent filling. Operators can flexibly control the filling pace. The handheld automatic barrel filling equipment eliminates the need for weighing empty barrels and handling heavy barrels, significantly improving filling efficiency and avoiding disputes and losses caused by underfilling or overfilling due to human factors.
